The main problem is that I want to change my registered email address.

I would send you a regular email but I can't find your email address.

I would use the RNS support page but when I try to access the page it asks for my user name and password.

Please help.

Somehow, password protection has switched on for the support directory on our server today (I don't know why and how!), but now I removed the protection and you can use the support page again!
