HiLauncher is an awesome menu-based launcher. Well done!
I'm a power user who likes shortcuts, though, so I found EasyLaunch5 is a great companion for HiLauncher:

EasyLaunch5 allows you to map actions to pen strokes, button holds (short and long), holding two buttons, and more. EasyLaunch5's repertoire of commands is just as extensive as HiLauncher's, and since it has no menu capability HiLauncher is a natural match to complement EasyLaunch5's power.
