Step-by-step instructions to assign any application to the fourth button (Home button) on Treo:
- Launch HBX to see its setup screen.
- Tap the little
 button for the fourth button.
- Check the "Direct action" checkbox and tap "Done".
- Tap on the first item in the button's list (it's actually the only item there).
- Select "Launch..." from the "Action" drop-down list.
- Select the application from the lists that appear.
Assigning applications to the fourth button is otherwise not possible on newer Treos.
You can actually assign any action to any of the four hard buttons in this way. | |
